Accessing Your Order Status
After placing an order on the Westside website, log into your account using your registered email and password. Once logged in, navigate to the Order History section to view all your recent purchases.
Each order entry displays its current status, such as processing, dispatched, or delivered, along with the expected delivery date to help you plan accordingly.
Receiving Shipping Updates and Tracking Numbers
Once your order is shipped, Westside sends an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the respective courier’s website. Use this link to track your package in real-time and get the latest updates on its journey to your doorstep.
